Right of withdrawal & refund
Within 7 days of a paid charge, you may request a withdrawal (refund) under Article 17 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. However, given the nature of digital content/services, any portion you have already used (analysis, generation, etc.) may be excluded from withdrawal. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (it may take several business days depending on the card issuer / payment provider).
